We review and limit data collection to those groups of strictly essential personal data. The use of your contacts for the purposes of sending advertising communications may be carried out based on JSR's legitimate interests, as defined in article 13 of the ePrivacy Directive and, in the case of registering to send newsletters, based exclusively on in consent. They are handled directly by JSR and there is no need for subcontracting for the purpose of replacement. That said, as part of our processing operations we use tools that can process your data. Some of the information you provide to us may therefore be processed by third parties outside our services, as we will detail below. We have limited this sharing to the minimum necessary so that we can continue to operate efficiently. All audits are subject to confidentiality and are closely monitored by the JSR team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Other contractors and services:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in addition to the services detailed above, we may use interconnections with social networks such as Linkedin, Twitter, Behance, Dribbble, and other similar services. Regarding tax data, for example, the data is stored securely for the legal period required for its conservation, that is, 10 years, in accordance with article 130, paragraph 1, of Decree Law 442-B\/ 88, with the changes introduced by Law no. 7-A\/2016, of March 30, with its definitive elimination at the end of that period. Data relating to marketing, in its various aspects, are immediately deleted at the request of the holder or retained for a period not exceeding two years.
